Desktop client application to send SMS (through SMPP & GPRS)

A desktop application is required for Windows XP/Vista/7 to send mass SMS. Functional requirements for end users 1. Maintain recipients database with basic contact data that can be updated also by massive import. 2. Select SMS recipient by: - selecting existing contact - enter phone number - upload a list of recipients from file (e.g. from .xls,.csv,etc) 3. Choose as sender ID between an alphanumeric or phone number. 4. Define a validity period, blocked days / hours or schedule 5. Real time delivery reporting and detailed statistics for selected period. 6. Historical data for all SMS sent, delivery info, date/ time statistics. (all those combined with contact details) The following types of connection must be supported (both ior modular) 1. Appllication will connect though internet /SMPP to mobile operators SMSC according to user configuration. 2. Additionally application must be able to connect thgough GSM/GPRS via a mobile device (phone or GPRS modem)
