Joomla Template Creation

Currently we have a psd layout that we need converted into a joomla template system. For information regarding joomla go to [login to view URL] This is a personal project for a internal employee here at Astrixs. Again we have copys of the psd's for the layout of the pages. What we need is to find someone that can convert them into a template system for joomla. See attached files for examples of page layouts.
