1- User signs up for an account

2- They forward their long URLs to shorter URLs

3- Every xxxx number of people who click the forwarded URL the website will pay them $[url removed, login to view]

4- The website should have an administrator section so I can view the links/ users/ clicks

5- Would like some sort of security to prevent against illegal clicks (if possible).

You should be Professional in developing websites.
