Modelling Corporate Site (Like elitemodel.com)

This project is to build a nice looking, professional modeling site, where models and talents can be showcase on the website. The site can be based on one of the CMS like joomla, so new models can be easily added. There should be quick search (country, gender, age) and extended search. Site should be well optimized for better search engine rankings. The site should be in PHP and PSD of designs will be provided. There should be at least - - a main page - female overview page - [login to view URL];city=NY - models details page - [login to view URL];city=NY&modelid=245266&pic=463.jpg&subid=4670&mainsubid=4670&io=&indx=1 - casting page - where it allows other to enquire on the models they are interested to hire - model form - where it allows models to fill up and send to us This project is relatively simple - I need a whole working webpage, not just the few pages above. I also need a working cms that allows me to add new pages and new models easily. I will put up the detailed requirements in a few days time.
