Need Clan Website Using Webspell (be good at webspell)

We are currently looking for someone to code [login to view URL] our current site is [login to view URL] . What we are looking for is someone that is very well known with webspell and can manipulate it to a high degree. We have quiet a few addon's on our current website that we want on our new website. So you will have to be able to add them. The addon's we currently have are, Addon Top Match, Movie addon (for the movies page), User Resizer Pic. We have files on our current site that we also need on our new site for modifcation. They are Forums, Join Us, Survey, and Match Details page (for these addons we dont have the install me files, They can be found on the net free. Though the join us and Survey will be take from our site and put on new site. If you go threw our site and look at the setup of it we would like that same concept onto our new template is the best way to put that, we will allow the coder to use what ever is needed off our current site for the new website. We also ask that the new coder tweaks the website so it does not look as webspell look, add more modifications to it. For example the matches page is pretty basic to the normal look, if they could change that up to make it more of a custom look but not quiet. Another page is teh Downloads file page looks pretty basic, alter that up so its not webspell toonish. For the Featured Content You can use the one we have but will need to be modifed a little so the scroll over aint on top of the image but over the image like we have in our new template. Our main thing is that we concern about the most is the coder that we end up choosing will not modfiey our new template so it dont look 100 percent Webspell. We dont want it to look 100 percent webspell, we want a coder that has modifications and addons that will help it get away from the webspell look We have the full download so u dont have to search the net for this. On the Sponsors and Follow us we would like it to be when u hover over it, it goes from a light grey to a color (i guess this would be image swaping). On the Upcoming matches make sure there is enough space to add long league titles such as the preview shows.
