penny auction plugin making

Dear sir/madam, We are currently running an penny auction website, and we want a plugin to be made. so when an auction ends, it shows SOLD in just normal letters, but besides that, we want WHEN the auction is sold that it shows a Stamp on the current auction that is sold. We can do this for a 120$ or we can do it ourselves, but we don't have allot of time on our hands, so we thought about you guys. If we agree, and you do your job good. without bugs, we want to start a long term relationship. so to say. if things needs to be fixed that it can be done by you. We have our picture of SOLD already done, that has to go on the auction When sold. this plugin has to be integrated and has to be in a .rar file to hand-over.
