Property Classifieds using Wordpress and Classipress Theme

Hi All, I need a professional wordpress core programmer with considerable knowledge in php, mysql and javascript. Its simple, all I'm after is a business/property classified website using wordpress and classipress theme. Majority of the features already exist within classipress and some just need implementing other refining. Here are the major requirements 1, An 'Advanced Search' which has a few new text fields, multiple select fields and check boxes. Users have an ability to search more than one category and location. 2, Search results based on the 'Advanced Search'. Users need to be registered in-order to contact an ad owner. 3, 'Post an Advert' needs more fields, radio buttons, multiple select fields and the ability to upload 4, pictures and two documents. Also the ability to add to more than one category and location. 5, Registration needs more form elements ie fields etc. 6, Need to implement an internal messaging system using wordpress 'user messages' plugin. Users can contact the add owner and add owner can contact the user through an internal message system. When a user is contacted, an external email would be sent to the user prompting them to go to the website and log on to view the message. Basically its a messaging system however for only internal registered users. 7, Users can manage their adverts, account and messages through the classipress Dashboard.
