Quiz section for my CMS

I have a CMS portal written in PHP with MySQL database and I wanted to add a quiz section to it.

For security/copyright reason, you won't be able to access my production site but I will provide you the structure of my Users database table, which should be the only thing that needs to be touched on for this mod.

- I want the setup and overall feel of [url removed, login to view] quiz section, which has the following sections: "Create a Quiz", "Display All My Quiz(zes)", "Take the quiz", "Result of Quiz" with list of who took it and display the result of their answers, and Comments

- You may use this quiz script if you like: [url removed, login to view] or develop one on your own.

- You can use this template for the design: [url removed, login to view]

Shouldn't be too hard to do for an experienced PHP/MySQL developer.
