I need a realtor website created for my sister Lexa Montierth. Her current realtor page is located at [url removed, login to view] . Her upcoming website will be located at [url removed, login to view] . Right now we're focused on just getting a static website up on [url removed, login to view] with her contact information but if possible our ultimate goal (the sooner the better) is to have a dynamically updating site also containing a mobile device simplified site redirect, all of which needs created.
As for the main site, I am open to suggestions but I suggest the following:
the header to contain her name in larger print, with cursive typography of either the initials or entire name, with a picture of her in either the top right or left corner. I need her contact information prominently displayed with social media links underneath. I also need to place the Tierra Antigua Logo where it can be seen by anyone first viewing the page, although the focus is on my sister not necessarily the realty company she's licensed under.
below the header for the main page I'm much more flexible. Ideally I'd like a div on the left side spread across two-thirds of the page, containing a Southeastern Arizona home search very much like the above mentioned realtor page, with another div column for the right one-third stating recent real estate news, home sales, or current homes available for sale.
the footer can contain links, a sitemap, licensed realtor logos and below that all site contents should be copyright attributed to Lexa Montierth.
I was originally developing the website for her but the web development is in need of a true professional, not a hobbyist like myself. I have a crude wireframe that could be altered in almost any way you deem appropriate. Remember, the purpose of this website is to direct any and all traffic to contact her about buying or selling a home in southeastern Arizona asap, so any SEO/SEM coding added is a big plus!
For your color palette, preferably stick to earth tones, (unless you have an artistic vision then feel free to express yourself), we're just trying to avoid that "Santa Fe" Desert look.
I'm looking for a rough draft sent back, then we'll critique for the final page. If hired for initial site we may hire you for follow up changes to the site should we want to change anything on it in the future.
keep in mind, we're looking for a talented web developer who can create a page to drive business. Although it is subjective, if you have a (better/simpler/faster loading/ more-aesthetically-pleasing) site than anything I've described feel free to get creative, We just need something that works.
Thanks for your help,
