Redesign of Site

Job Description:
I currently have a site that I do not like. I want my new site EYE catching and a cool logo.
The name of the site is GEEKDESIGNS.
REQUIREMENTS
- All PSD must be sent with finished product and you must have all layers used.
- You must show markup during the process of the project.
- All payment will be made with PayPal and you will receive payment once project is completed.
- Must be EYE catching.
- Required links for navigation are the ones on the current site
- There must be a login for the clients/admin and a different login for the investor
- Must have mailing list on the site
HTML/PHP REQUIREMENTS
- You must supply to HTML/PHP pages
- One must be the home page and the other one must be one additional page even if it look like the home page
- You can not use an outside source for this project (EX: [url removed, login to view])
- All information/images/code/words will be © to me
