Schools web site

Briefly: I need designed and developed school web site in "Saudi Arabia". That can be soled to any school, rent to it "monthly or annual" or the school can subscribe in the centralized Saudi schools web site. Detailed: This web site brows the "Exams Result", Exams tables, student info "like: absent days, later hours, etc", schools info, teacher info. (I can explain them in very detailed to you when you accept this request) Currently: I developed centralized Saudi schools web site called "mdars.com", which has more that 3000 schools in deferent cities. "I do not but announcement any where. They subscribe in a (Friends news) way". This web site brows the detailed information I mentioned them above. The important thing is the "Exams Result" in a detailed table which is exactly similar to the original one which is extracted from the schools in papers. Any school can free subscribe in "mdars.com" and insert or update the data into their account. The inserting or updating is happen in tow minutes by transfer the data from there database to "mdars.com" database. (The idea is extract the schools data fro their database in text file, upload this file to "mdars.com" and update them.) All Saudi schools (Government or Special) use the same system called (Saudi School System) which is developed by the "Ministry of Education". That means the structure of databases for all the schools are uniformed. What I need? I need designed and developed school web site that can be browse schools and student data. This web site can be centralized or separately. If it is centralized that means the school can subscribe in my web site and I well give them an account to update the data. If it is separately, that means I can rent or sale a copy of "Saudi school web site" to the school.
