502301 Simple Javascript Tweak

Simple project ... long background.... I have an already created javascript script that changes the behaviour of a custom field my shopping cart. The custom script is set up to change the contents of a drop down list to dates pulled from a php script file. All works well except.... As the cart is checking the values returned it rejects my new values. I am trying to avoid hacking the actual cart software so I need to solve the problem. I plan to change the field created in the cart to a text field so the return values can anything as far as the cart is concerned. So the script needs to be changed to turn the text field into a dropdown and add the correct dates as before. Or any other trick to get the correct data going back when the form is posted. Nice quick job for someone with the right skills. Additional details from talks with other programmers ---------------------------------------------------- The example I gave gives the current code that I need altering. If you go to [login to view URL] add at least £30 products to the cart then login as user testtest password testtest you will see the new text field waiting to be used by the new code. There is no error to see as the old code works fine it is just that the cart code was looking for the values it used to have in the dropdown before the javascript changed it and so it rejects the values. Hence the switch to a text field in the cart setup and the need to change the javascript.
