Simple PHP-file for renaming

Our HikVision webcams drop all webcam images in the root directory of a site. It also uses specific names for each imagefile consisting of the IP-number of the webcam and the snapshot time. We would like to have a php-scipt that will run as a cron-job on the server. We want the script to look into the rootdirectory of the server every X seconds to look for newly uploaded files, rename the newest new file only to [NAME] and to move it to directory [DIREC] after that all imagefiles (normally one) with the long name in the root have to be deleted. The amount of files to be converted can be more than one. For me to define in the file: - Based on prefix the new name of the file and of the directory to move it too. For example: 192.168.1.35_and so on will become PIC1 (which is the [NAME] variable) and will be moved to the IMAGES directory (which is the [DIREC] variable. So as said more than one file are possible so if the script finds for example a file like 192.168.1.37_and so on it will be come PIC3 and also be moved to the directory called IMAGES. All of this of course it has been defined by me as such in the scriptfile. The maximum budget available for this simple scriptfile is $. 25,- The file will run as a Cron-job on the server. Attached an image with the files one cam. In this case only the newest one (with the highest number behind the 192.168.1.35_ has to be converted, after that all 192.168.1.35_and so on files in the root will be deleted.
