I am running SugarCRM 6.4.3 i would like the following work done on my installation
1. When a user registers on [url removed, login to view], the user is automatically added in the contacts and leads module.
2. When a ticket is created in our online ticketing system (ticketing system to be used [url removed, login to view]). it is entered in the cases module. Any support work that is done ie resolution or updates are also captured in the cases module.
