Hello there, We would like a fully working custom penny auction site. I am particularly looking for something similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] Functionality: We want the base website functionality on the similar features of Swoopo (Telebid). This will include features such as: - User registration and account verification by e-mail. - Buying bid packages. - The bidding system is in the Telebid format. Paying per bid and the price increasing by a set amount. - The time increasing by X seconds (you can change this time in the CMS) every time a bid is placed. Also, includes a time limiter in CMS where the time added will not increase anymore by a set amount (or unlimited). - Time decrease after predefined level is achieved. - General pages such as terms and conditions and a help section which you can edit. Able to add my own pages too. - Add your own pages at free will. - The ability for members to log in, update their account, purchase more bids and pay for their won auctions. - PayPal as the payment gateway by default, but will include Google Checkout and MoneyBookers. Other gateways are needed too. - Fixed-price auctions and variable auctions are also available. - Ability to give users free bids whenever (i.e. at registration or a free gift later). - Ability for users to receive free bids for registering, for winning their first auction and for buying bid packages for the first time. - There be a live bidder feed at each auction. - The script should also have an ability to do reverse penny auction. - The ability to add, edit and delete articles for the latest news page. Content Management System (CMS) Platform is accompanied fully featured Cactus 3.8 CMS Server. The basis is that CMS should give me the facilities to be able to add new pages, edit text, upload pictures and adjust prices etc without the need for any knowledge of HTML. Content Management System (CMS) Features: - Add, edit, delete and clone auctions. - Use macros to start, stop and publish auctions. - Refund bids. - View the winning bidder and update the status of the auction – e.g. pending, running, ended and completed. - View, edit, add, delete and suspend users. - View referrals from users. - Update the latest news articles and add new articles. - View users bidding history, purchased bid packages, add free bids to the user and refund bids for the user. - Manage the website content such as the terms & conditions and help page content. - Set the bidding packages. - Manage the website categories, add, edit and delete new categories, which can be unlimited levels possible. - Edit general website settings including turning on and off various features at a click of a button. Auction Management - New auction can be added. - Auctions are divided into live auction, closed auction, Cancelled auction and all auction in admin. - Use macros to start, stop and publish auctions. - View the winning bidder and update the status of the auction – e.g. pending, running, ended and completed. - Can view the won auctions. - All auctions can be edited, deleted and cloned. - Start date, End date and Retail values of each auction is shown. - Auction can be searched by auction name and auction id. Statistical Features and Management (in CMS) - All transactions are stored in the database and accessible. - The transaction can be downloaded in XLS format and CSV format. - All transactions are categorized by auctions, assets, profit, losses, dates (days, weeks, to years), etc. User Management - Member can be searched by user name and user id. - Referral system is identifiable by user id. - Able to list all members from the database, or by group, or by date registered, or by latest bidders, or newest members. - Admin can view, edit, add, delete and suspend users. - Admin can view users bidding history, purchased bid packages, and able to add free bids to the user and refund bids for the user. Automatic Bot Bidders Feature: - This will NOT be a built-in to the script. This Bot Bidder system will not be on the same server. It is a separate script on another server that interacts with the penny auction script. - Another final very important feature is Automatic bot bidders to simulate auctions for low traffic purposes, this is a MUST! - At least 30 multiple bot bidders accounts with different names are required. - They must be included separately in the admin area in a section called bot bidders which can be next to a separate area called members. - Must have the ability to View, edit, add delete bot bidders (i.e. edit when the bot bids, edit the name of the bots, etc.). - Must also be able to turn on/off the bot bidders and select the auctions that they will participate in. - Bots must be “stealthy” and not be detectable. Other Requirements - Must also be willing to provide support for 1 year from the date of the project completion. Please keep in mind the 1 year support must be taken into account and will be valid after project completion, after 1 year if I require any further assistance or requirements we will then enter into financial agreements in regards to this. I will be happy to pay thereafter for additional support and requirements. Remember this is not just a project but also an ongoing professional business relationship. - We also require unlimited licensing of this script, full right to use on any site we decide, and the full rights to sell this script. - Your right to this script will be forfeited and transferred to us. You may not sell or use this script. Technical Background (at least) HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, AJAX, JavaScript, Flash, Flex. If you have experience in this area and have a portfolio of completed projects, we are looking forward to hearing from you. Payment for the project will be made in full via PayPal only after the project is complete to satisfactory and a demo of the website including CMS is provided before a full payment is released.
