Theme Costumization

Hello,
I urgently need two modifications for my website, which is powered by Wordpress. They won't take long and I already have the files ready.
I want to change the layout of my category pages into this [url removed, login to view] as mentioned above I've got the theme and will provide you with [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] files. I also need to add a tab into the right side of my site such as the one in this theme [url removed, login to view]
It would be an advantage if you're an Indian, Pakistani or Bangladeshi, who knows cricket. Becuase in future I would also need help to create plugin which can act or copy some stuff from cricinfo.com.
But for now I just need to get the first two tasks done as fast as possible
