Unfinished Online Game

I have an online game that was never finished by the original developer, My original plan was to start the development from scratch, however with funds being restricted this is currently not possible so I would like to try and use the current site we have now and fix the remaining issues and build on the project over time. Users have to undertake quests to collect items and convert these items into special items which can then be used to evolve or things like make special armour. A lot of the game has been developed, however not to a high standard and I'm unsure on the extent and time that is needed to complete the project. I have uploaded a bundle of documents that I originally wrote for this development, although outdated it will give you a rough idea of what bugs are in the system (current version/bugs) and how the game roughly works. I'm looking for someone that can start straight away and who can work quickly to resolve the issues in the current game, Once the issues have been resolved I would then like to look at improving and further developing the game.
