215756 Update Website

I am looking got someone to help me with a test webpage at [login to view URL] What I want to do is be able to control the height of the four tables in the bottom center of the page, no matter what content I add to the table. I also want a gap between the four table so they don't overlap the borders. Any suggestions to enhancing the page would be appreciated and will be paid for. I have purchased phplogin ([login to view URL]) and have it installed and working. The problem I am having is getting just a login form for this program installed into one of the tables on the webpage. So this will also require a little work.
