Video Script

I have a video script that was partly finished from my last designer and i need someone to complete it. What i want is a simple Launch.com. For example on the main page top newest videos, Top viewed videos, and Top random videos. And when each video is opened i want it to open in a separate window like [url removed, login to view] with the video on one side and a space on the right for an ad. Remember i just want it to be simple not exactly like launch.com. PM me for the address of the unfinished script and further details.
