I'm looking for a clone of "video sift.com" -- must have ALL functionality. This is based on pligg so you need to be familiar with this software -- MOST of the backend programming is done in pligg so you need to mainly be concerned about the layout. The look of the website will have to be different due to copyright rules. I'm looking for your creativity to help make this possible. Programming will include graphics, logo, layout, etc...... You will install software on my server upon project completion.
I'm looking for an ongoing relationship to make continual upgrades to the site afterwards.
