I have developed forum application which allows users to negotiate application's requirements in a control manner. Control manner means the user will have to define his/her argument criteria before posting a message. Argument criterions are as follows:
0 = Oppose requirement. 1 = Support requirement. 2 = Be neutral. 3 = Question & Answer. these decisions must be selected before posting or replying to any message. So, my forum application is a little bit different from other forums. So, the features that I want to implement now into my project is a visualization page, where the user can visualize the all the discussions and requirement negotiations process which occurred in a certain period of time. Therefore, I want to do three visualization features: 1) Bubbles visualization. "To see places of discussions pressures and hot debates while differentiating supports from opposes and neutrals from questions & answers and vice versa by colors or whatever means could be possible" 2) Tree visualization. "To be able to link the discussed requirement with its' all child discussions - colors must also be used to differentiate Supports, Opposes, neutrals and questions & answers, or any other means can possibly be better"3) Grid visualization "To see negotiations in a grid table divided into small pixels to be filled with colors which represents posts, the table colors will represent times in hours, and the rows will represent dates in weeks"...that's all, you probably be unsure of the visualization page would look like. But once anyone interested, more explanations will be disclosed.
