VOIP Expert Needed Freeswitch PHP

We are looking for a VoIP expert with experience in Freeswitch and PHP to help us on a for a telephony web-based service that offers following features Service helps members to manage incoming calls on shared local DIDs so members can manage multilingual local calls - Member get extension valid on X local DIDs (Multiple DID management) - member embed call widget on his website that shows local phone number + extension (java or flex) - Member has panel to configure IVR (redirect, prompts) and settings for each DID - Redirect inbound calls to member / remote agents (SIP) or voice mail - Member has panel Voice mail web panel with advanced features (listen / add notes / request translation task /Call recording) - Ticket system integration with agents panel with paid tickets and agent access panel (using exitsing support software) - Billing based on rates, calls duration, agent tasks We supply freeswitch dedicated server (installed and config work well started) and all html screens and configurated PHP/ MYSQL DD as well as all specs Freswitch work includes : i) Create Inbound DID Mapping Program linking DID to Language/Region for proper sound file selection on IVR Menus as well as routing potential translation work to correct translation agents. (Languages will be tagged on the call with proper ISO Coding e.g.: en for English, es for Spanish. Time Estimate 2 hours ii) Create initial Inbound IVRs for handling of calls headed for Subscriber. Using Database (Existing or expanded ERD TDB), map sound files using tag on incoming call along with subscriber preferences to route calls and use appropriate menuing. Time Estimate 1 to 2 Days iii) Create Voice Mail Recording module that stores meta-data in a database and sound file on shared File System. After a voicemail is left platform triggers notifications to subscriber and/or agent iv) Create call billing software for incoming calls. And Stub API for Agent Billing (Most of this will be accomplished Via Existing FreeSWITCH Software (mod_nibblebill for incoming calls that are billed per minute (i.e.: Toll Free Access) and additional services as may be required PHP includes : i) IVR Configuration panel ii) Voice mail panel iii) Integration of tasks panel (can be OSticket iv) Accounting v) public site integration with ecommerce, membership etc (can be using joomla or similar).
