Web Based Hotel Management System

Hi, I am looking at having a webbased software with exact features as in:- [login to view URL] 1. Requirement - Code should be maintainable and understandable, well commented with relevant information. - Design must be stylish using web 2.0, such as Ajax or Flex and design concept needs to be discussed with us. - Licensing based. The software should generate a machine id when installed. Based on Machine id, the license should be generated. This way every installation should be tracked. - A CORE system should be built. Then features should be added as modules/extensions. - Everything should be maintained using Admin Panel. - The software should work both offline and Online -> switch on/off through admin panel. - All features as here : [login to view URL] 2. Deliverables - All source codes and rights should belong to us. - Administrator’s guide documents, developers’ guide documents and User Guide for maintenance. - Quality should be maintained. - Maintenance Support should be provided for bugs and minor things if any. [Ofcourse not Feature requests.] Please prepare a documentation for this project and send across with your best quote and maximum time required. Please do not bid blindly as its critical project. Payment : 25% - 25% - 25% - 25% release at four stages. Fourth Stage Payment will be made after completion and delivery. This is a continuous relationship.
