Website Design (Modification)

I have a new designed site, but after completed full payment the deisgner starts to ignore all my mails, so I'm looking for some help here. Below are the tasks.. 1). JavaScript popup window - I have a security seal on my site, when someone clicks it popups a window, but that window is too large we will need to use JS to control the size of the window. (Example => [login to view URL] Safe site logo on the right) 2). Menu bar modification - There's a menu bar for the site's main navigation. When cursor goes over it will change to another color(Actully there's 2 images swapping). I noticed that when first time site loads, we need to wait about about 1 second for the color to change.. after the first time we won't need to wait(FF does not have this problem), but I wish to fix this so there's no waiting needed either 1st or whatever. 3). I have a .ai file with most of the images in my site, but I need it in psd format so please convert it. Currently only 3 tasks. The site was designed with PHP.
