Website Redesign (Graphic) - Make Like Another Website

I'm looking for someone to modify the design of my existing website by making it more similar to another website that I will give you a link to.

My website is written using PHP and MySQL. The current website layout is very easy to customize because it's already setup using separate "include" files and such. I will give you more information and a preview of the website that I would like mine designed after once contact is made. This project is very self explanatory since you'll be able to see exactly what I'm looking for from a layout and graphics standpoint.

Please only bid if you are able to start on the project in the next few days and if you can provide a couple example websites of work that you've done. I'm looking for a very clean, user friendly design that is similiar to another website that I will show you. If you have any PHP/MySQL development experience that would be a plus.

If you would prefer to work on an hourly basis, that is fine with me. Please let me know upfront an idea of how long it could take.
