If u dont have any WP-plugin development experiance do not respond. General description: We want to create a WP plugin that lists and filters some custom post types. For this we create a plugin menu and ad some capabilities to it. An all menu-item shows a list of posttypes we can filter on categorie, date, sort A-Z and so on. Per custom post type we have general wp functionalities like: Edit, Quick Edit, Trash, preview etc. We also save post_meta like geolocation, date, filesize... We also create new custom posttype file and use upload/download functionality for files to a specific folder. We create search script to look in certain tables. Knowlegde form gravity forms is very usefull because in some cases we will interact with this plugin. We will provide detailed specs and UI for the selected developers. From these we choose one to work with. Good luck
