528654 Gavick Joomla template needs some changes

Hi, We recently bought a Joomla template from gavick (Template is called The World News II). I need a programmer/designer who is able to change the color CSS schema, maybe some fonts and change the header with our logo. Finally you need to place the template on our system to make it work like the demo on gavick does (see there website). We supply the input and the database is filled with real and good data. We have our 1.5 website up and running running BUT the template will be used on a 1.7 version of Joomla which can be tested on a new server. The project needs to be finished before the 1st of december so there is lot's of time. (After finishing this template we will migrate from our old server to a new Cooldaddy server).
