220469 Joomla Template Install

I was trying to install a rockettheme template (catalyst - may 08) through rocket launcher and I managed to get it loaded on the server but then had a problem getting the install page to load. So I did a manual install and was able to get it loaded and then uploaded the pictures to the server so that it could look like the demo site but do not know how to get the pictures onto the website. Pretty much what I want is for my site to look identical to the demo site except with my logo. I believe I will be able to complete the site after the above mentioned problem(s) are fixed but I may need assistance after it's all loaded... but immediately that's my issue.

I also have a fully operating joomla website on one server that I need to have removed and placed on another server. I may also need some assistance completing this site as well but right now just want to get it moved.

So if this is something you can help me with I will be forever grateful.
