Joomla template needed asap

I need a Joomla template. Must be 2.5.4 version ONLY!! You must have previous Joomla experience. This is a simple project. I will provide PSD and you create working Joomla template. I will install Joomla 2.5.4 on my server. You send me template and it must be set up so in 3 weeks, I can easily change the background color, the menu color (roll over and selected) and logo. All of this will be in the CSS file and you must show me how to change this before final payment made. Anyone that bids higher than $75 will not be chosen for this project. Very easy project. I will install all components, just need working Joomla template with a few module positions and drop down menus. Need completed in 24 hours or less. Anyone that cannot complete in that time will not be chosen for this project!!
