Simple product website w CMS / SEO / simple webshop

Simple product website, with 2 level menu, see design. Level one w graphic buttons, level two w text. All designs provided in PSD. Simple wysiwyg (SPAW is good) CMS needed to run and update the site for all menus. Joomla / Drupal or other CMS. We'll have to be able to localize admin texts in the code. Other features: - SEO features, incl. general (site) and page keyword field for all pages - very basic webshop - registration, user management Webshop feats: - manage products in admin - two level productlist (like Coffes / Golden Slim blend 125 gr package) - basket - orders go by mail and to dbase - orders in dbase - users in dbase There will be a very limited no. of products, like 20-30. Timing: 1 week complete dev.!!! + 1 week content fill and bugcheck Payment: 3 escrows 30% after week 1 30% after week 2 40% after complete code / dbase etc delivery to our webserver AND checkup Other, please read carefully: 1. We must be able to see the development of the site day-by-day 2. We'll give an IP redirect, so that our client could see it also in our URL 3. Running enviroment: Linux / Apache / PHP5 / MySQL 4.
