Update Joomla 1.5.24 site to 1.7.2

I need this website [login to view URL] updating from 1.5.24 to 1.7.2 All of the work needs to be done offline and then transferred over at a date and time to be arranged with the freelancer. At present the components I am using and will need to be transferred over are: Components iJoomla SEO Docman Kunena/Fireboard forum JCE Admin JLord RSS Linkr Nice paypal Downloads OSE Anti Hacker Virtuemart Wordpress via ijoomla Modules AEC - this was hacked to provide better functionality. Google +1 button Google Analytic's tracking Like it Share it There is an online course with approx 300-400 active registered users. I want to integrate the payment modules if possible either through Virtuemart or something similar. People pay for three types of products: 1. Downloads 2. To join the online course 3. To book a place on a physical course I use Paypal and Google Payments. ALL of the content needs to be moved over. When you bid you are bidding to move the site to the latest verstion of Joomla from 1.5.24 and the task will only be considered complete when everything is working and all the content is as and where it should be.
