We have an existing PHP/Laravel CMS script with the core real estate modules already in place (property listings, search, map view, multi-language, SEO, media management, payments, and user management). We require a developer to customise and extend the system so the site is fully functional for launch. Core features already available in CMS Property listings (CRUD) with categories, filters, map view, and advanced search. Property detail pages (gallery, floorplans, video, amenities). Blog, pages, menus, contact forms. Multi-language + RTL support (English/Arabic). SEO, sitemap, schema markup. User roles and permissions. Payments (Stripe/PayPal). Media system with S3/CDN support. Features to be built/customised Saved searches with email/push alerts. Property comparison (2–4 listings). Mortgage & UAE property fee calculators. Area/community guide pages with SEO fields and statistics. Polygon/draw-on-map search. Off-plan enhancements (developer profiles, payment plans, brochures). Analytics dashboard (leads, listings, performance). Multi-currency support (AED default + USD/GBP/EUR). Lead routing to assigned agents + optional CRM integration (HubSpot/Zoho). Optimisation for performance (Laravel Octane/Redis) and SEO. Deliverables Fully functional real estate website with above features. Clean, well-documented code + database migrations. Admin settings for calculators, currencies, routing. Deployment to server and hand-over.
