Key from Images - Data Capture programme in Java & PostgreSQL or MySQL

**Description:**

The software will be used for capturing data from images to a database (PostgreSQL or MySQL) with user definable fields.

A complete solution is required from defining field templates for a project, to enable Key, Key Verification, QA process, export of data in various delimited formats and track the progress of the data capture.

The software must be capable of receiving the images, should be able to collate / unitize images as documents and renumber images. Must have a built-in image viewer that enables you to zoom in on an area of an image while retaining the view of the entire image. also should be able to zoom in/out, fit the image horizontally or vertically, or rotate the image.

The software must be able to define validations required for various fields that can improve the accuracy of the data capture also generate reports that can help track the production and quality rating of individual data entry operator.

Software should be developed using Open Source Tools.

Deliverables:

**Must have built in user administration and security. Should be capable of generating various kinds of reports to track and manage projects and estimate completion time.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
