Online Proposal Form(repost)

03 April 2007: Please note that our Rochen server supports PHP4 + PHP5 (Dual Configuration), Perl, Python. It does not support ASP.NET 2.0 and Microsoft SQL server. We wish to create an on-line proposal generator for individuals who wish to submit their details and have it submitted to a number of interested parties. A leading example is [[login to view URL]][1] ??" where by submitting answers to a series of generic questions, members of the public can be given insurance quotations from different companies who participate. Our organisation is a not-for-profit charity. We are interested in helping other not-for-profit groups submit their proposals for projects they wish to see funded to a range of funding bodies. The final Proposal questions have still to be finalised however it will include a series of different type of questions that will ease the applicant’s ability to provide relevant information. The Proposal Form will likely comprise of: * 25 Free Text Questions, 15 of which will require textual information of up to 300 words. * 5 date questions * 40 Multiple Choice Questions containing at combination of single and multi-option answers 20 of the Multiple Choice questions will lead to specific 20 additional questions which will be tailored to the actual answer provided ??" the answers to these may be open-text, numeric or multiple choice ??" or a combination in any one scenario 5 Table questions comprising financial information in rows: e.g., Item, Cost, Grant Sought, Date of Estimate, Type of Expenditure We need the data to be a) turned into a pdf/word proposal form; b) exported to us. As well as the online database to be created, we also need an Access database for a local pc to handle and manipulate the data. As we do not have experience of sql, we feel this is the best way to manage data. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform We will host the site on Rochen. We use MS Access 2003 for the local off-line database. We need data to be exchangeable between the two.
