Open Source Database Management Tools

Hello, I have a remote server (Unix) with a mysql database, which allows programs like “EMS Mysql Manager?? and “Navicat 2004?? to manage the database, but these programs are not open source. So the question is: Is there any database managing tools similar to these in function that are open source. I have used phpMyAdmin, but there just isn’t enough power and functionality for what we need, I have also used phpFlashMyAdmin, but still not enough power. Some of the most important features we are looking for are being able to easily create foreign keys, and having a well developed diagram section (the area where you can see the tables connected by PK’s and FK’s) When responding even if it only takes a second to write a response, please include a bid amount, this way the bid can close after paying for your efforts.
