PHP Script Required on Linux Platform

Hello, To increase productivity, it’s time for me to hire a coder to develop a script that would run series of commands using an uploaded excel file. In an essence, there will be a simple online interface to upload an excel file. Once the file is uploaded, the call-to-action button will get the script to execute a series of commands: 1. Create two .txt files with an identical name in two separate directories on a Linux server File A; /etc/dir1/ File B; /etc/dir/2 The names of the files are generated from column ‘C’ of the excel file. For instance is the value in column 'C' is 'freelancer', the name of the file created in the above two directories will be: [login to view URL] Each of the files will have a template with a set of fields. The template is intact at all times, however the values for each field is extracted from the excel file. 2. File ‘A’ has the following template: Example: Name: [Column F] Address: [Column G] City: [Column H] State: [Column I] Zip: [Column J] Country: [Column K] Phone: [Column L] 3. File ‘B’ has the following template: ID: [Column A] Organization: [Column F] Contact: [Column M] Admin: [Column N] 4. This will be repeated for any rows with data, except naturally row 1. 5. Once the script has executed the task, the ‘Complete’ message will appear. Actual files, samples and additional information will be provided to the winning bid.
