**Ezead Web Site Brief Outline
Ezead** needs to be an easy to use well branded E-commerce Portal providing innovative solutions for not only the Auction and Online Trading community but a site that all can use whether they are looking within their city - their state - their country or globally. Not Known only to a niche auction and trading community but is seeking to become a redefined online presence and identity - to promote the company's unique approach and vision to a global audience. Additionally, Ezead would like to promote additional capabilities including print(coupon specials) and interactive identity campaigns. The existing web site is a basic layout site with outdated content and technologies that I have built in my spare time. Immediate goals include advancing marketing and promotion of the company via all the search engines, and by promoting user to user communication(in other words make it easy and sensible that our members will want to promote the site). In order to further promote the site and supply local support and local help to offer a affiliate program for both [_Ezeauction Franchisees_] and [url removed, login to view] but also A City by City [_Ezead Franchised Affiliate_]
An excellent place to begin is to take a good look at the [_Ezead Advantage_] it puts forth a lot of my thought and items I feel are essential in the site.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

This is just to clarify something that has come up - to some Coders I jokingly referred to myself as a poor hacker - what I meant by this is that I am a lousy programmer - The site [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] etc etc are my sites that I built as a hobby and when I realized that they could really become a world class site if the right people were to develope them - I posted here with my requirements.
I did not mean I had hacked the site and wanted a clone of it!!
What I want is exactly what is in the advanced outline and the code was only given to you to show what I was doing and what I had planned on doing and how I was going to go about it. LOL

I just want to let all know that the family matter that has caused me to be away has now been laid to rest.
And I want to thank all for your patience.
If you have any questions please get them to me in the next day or two as we will be awarding this job over the weekend once we have had a chance to go through all items and the bids and proposals.
I want to thank all who have participated and cannot believe the overwhelming response nor the professionalism displayed by many of the coders.
This project will not be awarded on price alone but on the merrit of the proposal and the attitude and expertise of those involved.
So once again thanks.

First - I would like to thank all coders for your overwhelming response and support of this project.
I was pleasantly pleased by the professionalism displayed by all bidders.
We have elected to award the rewrite of [url removed, login to view] to Creative Solutionz.
This was awarded based on merit and the totally professional way they handled themselves in pursuing this oppurtunity.
And though they were one of the lower bidders, it was not that but the way they applied themselves to the bid and showed outstanding abilites and skills that won them the rewrite.
I really want to thank all those involved in this process and appreciate the time and effort put into this by many coders.
I am just notifying you of this to avoid wasting any more of your time as I will be escowing funds to Rentacoder this week to allow me to accept their bid and until then I did not want to cause any further inconvienence to other bidders.
I also want to appoligize for the problem I had where I did not respond to several coders in a timely manner - this was not by choice but circumstance.

To all previous bidders - I just want to let you know that we have elected to again seek help in completing this project. I want to be sure that you have a thorough understanding of the scope of the project and my expectations which are high - I am not interested in a firm that just wants to pledgarize someone elses code or work or does not have the capability to complete the job. Since the last bid request there have been very little changes in the site - with exception to some interface changes which I coded.
Unfortuneatley I wasted a lot of time waiting for a firm that never did get a thorough handle on the sites requirements and do not want this to happen again.
The site needs to integrate with a single database system? The database MYSQL is currently being used?
Is it best or do we have to look at other options?
This gives you a basic outline of what is required - if you feel that you are up to the challenge and want to further pursue this please email me with a company resume so we can further discuss options - your recommendations. At which point I will forward a total wish list of items that need to be addressed and give access to the present code which has been set up on a secondary server!!
And just so we are all straight on this matter this job will strictly be done through Rent a Coder with no exceptions - so all their rules apply!!
Thanks and Regards
