Search engine SEO spider/robot

I think there are many companies which have already made something like this. If you already have it made, just show it to you and maybe I will buy it. If not, please build to the spec. below. I need a simple program which grabs sites related to a topic I am searching for. Here is the spec. Entire system has to handle double byte Japanese characters. Log into password protected site. Search Page ***************************** Section 1 I want a place to paste in up to 100 keywords (one per line) or a place to upload a file of keywords (no limit on the number). Section 2 There will be a drop down which says "select number of results required" it will be: 10 20 50 100 500 1000 Section 3 There will be a place to select the search engine I want. The selections will be: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Section 4 Domain selection. This section allows you to pick which type of domains results you want to get. Example would be .com .net .org .jp etc. This section will have a check next to each domain extenstion. This section will also allow you to add and delete extensions. Section 5 This section will give me the option to add domains which I want the script to ignore. All previous domains which I have added to this section will be saved and displayed in this section. I can add, delete and modify any domain in this section. Each domain will have a check box next to it so I can check it if I want it to be used in this query. There will be a "next" button. The next page will just give you a summary of what you selected and ask if you I want to make any changes or modifications. There will be a button to "run script" or "go back" and make changes. The way the script runs. ***************************** The script gets the results for each key word in each search engine, returns the result and puts it in my data base. When it puts the results in my data base, it fills in the "domain" and the "URL" as two seperate things. For example, if the result in google was [login to view URL] for the domain section of my data base it will say only "main-domain.com" the the URL will show the entire result. When the result is returned, I want the rank for each search engine and for which term it was returned. For example, a result might look like this: [login to view URL] search term: friends [login to view URL] #89 [login to view URL] #543 [login to view URL] #50 [login to view URL] #94 You need to build this script in a way such that I do not get blocked by the search engines. In the management panel I want a search feature. I want to be able to search for previous scripts run, by keyword. Search by domain. I need a download feature which downloads to csv 1. When programmer and price is decided, I put half of the money in escrow. 2. When the system is complete to the spec. and thoroughly tested on your server by me and all bug fixes, etc. are complete, I release half the money to you. 3. I put the remaining half of the money in escrow. 4. You install on my server and then the system is then tested again to make sure it is running propely on my server without bugs. When complete the remaining money is released to you.
