We are looking for help with an IP telephony project. Our client is a global organization (professional services) with currently 3 offices, quickly growing.
We need to set up a global telephony solution using as little physical infrastructure as possible. We are currently looking into Asterisk and SIPxchange, but that's not at all binding.
The project is to deliver a sound concept for this solution, with the following parameters:
- termination of physical lines (ISDN, analog) into virtual PBX
- termination of SIP virtual lines into PBX
- flexible call distribution to regular lines and IP phones
- enhanced fax and voice mail capabilities (v-mail und fax to email)
- scalable to >100 users
- preferrably running on managed server environments to avoid server support
- high reliability with redundancy servers
- very limited maintenance requirement in physical locations
Please feel free to ask further questions.
## Deliverables
We expect a clean conceptual description with layout and functionality descriptions, system requirements and cost. A successful bidder might also recieve follow-on work for implementation.
## Platform
Linux/Apache
