I need to have a ticketing system integrated into my site where when a user logs in, under the “user menu” there is a link to “submit a ticket” and “view tickets” to get support, and in the admin section I should be able to reply to tickets, close tickets, etc.
Currently the site is a custom developed site with a end user front-end and management back-end, and build on Debian OS, with MySQL.
Additionally, I would like for a user to create or update a ticket, the user and admin get emailed the ticket details.
When an admin, responds/updates a ticket, or closes a ticket, I need the user and the admin to get emailed the ticket details.
