changes to an existing site required

Hi, here's what I need : 1. international shipping for TNT - to be managed in the backend 2. $40 off voucher on sign up, also need to be able to upload predefined vouchers or create any range of vouchers with unique voucher code in the backend using any prefix and pattern I need, to be used once only and any unused value forfeited. 3. allow ONLY wholesale orders to be placed regardless of the stock qty and don't have to decrease stock when orders placed 4. fix the font through out the site and email and popup(if any), everywhere in the site, font to use will be Helvetica 5. fix the theme with provided design, background image: please use BB_Background(20130421)，align it middle and center，background color：black images size: Home page 940x558px Campaign flipbook(we need to build this with the script at [login to view URL] , image will be supplied, please allow this to be managed in the backend like the home page slide show , image size 666x500px Collection page image size 215x270px Collection Detail Page image size main image:340x526px thumbnails:80x124px recommendation image: 160x154px Shopping Cart thumbnail 80x124px Location image 136x182px (images and add/phone will be provided) 6. fully tested, test data removed before go live 7. any change of content/images/product prices/product description found during testing. 8. help making the site live All files and instructions to be provided.
