I need assistance with configuring Turpentine cache with the Buyshop template, The Top cart is not updated as expected, when adding a product to the cart , then navigating to home page the ajax-cart shows as empty.

I've been using turpentine as varnish cache on my magento multistore site and I am very satisfied with the performance. I am using magento 1.7 with turpentine 0.5.4.
