Minor Magento extension enhancement

We have recently added an affiliate points rewards system to our site, and we need a minor customization.
You will work directly with the support team of the company who has made the extension.
The system automatically generates a referral URL, that will generate points for the referrer when customers purchase using the URL. As standard, this URL is available through the My Account section of the front end. The task is to add a new field to the view customer page of the admin panel.
The URL will only be available for enabled stores and customer groups (may already be a feature of the software).
