We need a programmer to either find an acceptable template to customize, or create one from scratch. There are two existing sites that with a few changes would be great for what we are looking for. [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The traffic or volume will be small compared to a myspace, however the functionality is what we are looking for. You need to speak english. Have existing work we can view. We will pay 50% of the fee at the time the site is loaded in beta and the balance when it is fully tested and ready to be rolled out to the public. All code, pictures, layout and programming information is to be owned by our company once the final payment is made. All code most be documented per industry standards.
