We are looking for an experienced PHP developer to create a basic email sending script and MySQL database table look up script. 1) Enter "parameter 1" 2) Return list of records with matching "parameter 1" 3) Select pre-defined email template 4) Dynamically input "name" & "email" address into the email template 5) Send email Looking for a really basic script & form.
