363924 Freelancer /classified script

Hello, I am looking for a existing good script to customize for my site. I am considering a freelancer script or a classified script. What I want is the user ability to post the listings, other user can submit bids, and with each bid user has a private message board can discuss the jobs. The person who posted the auction can choose winners and they can post feedback for each other. Each user has a profile page, it is searchable for users and good category browsing for listings. I Do not need payment handling, there will have no payment from the user to us. I do need to have good admin features that we can manage the users/listings. Anybody know or has such script? Once I find the script I can work on, I will need work for customizations. The script must be stable and secure. Please provide links to demo site or developer site.
