Mysql one way update stock volume and pricing between Unicenta oPOS and Prestashop.
Unicenta opos is open point-of-sale using Mysql, same as prestashop.
Update of stock volume POS to Presta every time there is order payment confirmed in POS.
Update of pricing(price buy, price sell, price + tax) POS to Presta every time price is changed in POS, or every 5min.
Add two extra fields to POS product table eg SK1 and SK2 for future use, eg product description. Modify Unicenta opos to alow data input to these new fields in front software, just next to "product name".
Online order payment is confirmed, invoice printed(not included), shop assistant prepares that order and scan all available products in to POS. That way our POS system consist our total sales, orders and so on. Please mind that these products were already taken off the online stock during online shopping.
Due to out of stock situations (eg somebody is walking around the shop with 10 mars bars in his basket) POS system should automatically adjust online order in Presta after it's preparation is completed, to reflect any shortages in products. Correction note should be then generated and emailed to the customer as usual. If this step is to complicated/expensive to get POS to identify online order and adjust accordingly to what was scanned in during order preparation, then it will need to be done usual way, manually in the back office. Please state in your biding if this step 'back order adjustment' is included in your bid.
Prestashop database is located on remote hosting server.
Unicenta database will be located on local server in the shop.
Test web will be set for development.
I am looking for simple budget project, to avoid online overselling to my customers.
