I just got the following email message from a customer:
"I've tried several times to purchase ring Ref # 63235 (size 6&1/2,White Gold).I tried 3 different cards & it would not complete the transaction.I went shopping afterwards & had no problem purchasing [url removed, login to view] you please explain why I'm unable to purchase this item."
I went online to try and purchase the item and got stuck in a never ending loop. I'd go from [url removed, login to view] to [url removed, login to view] and then back to [url removed, login to view] again. It wouldn't ever confirm or process the order. I went to purchase another item and the same thing happened once, then it went from checkout_confimation to checkout_success. I'm not sure how widespread the problem is and how many orders I am missing due to the error, but I obviously need to get it fixed ASAP.
You three have all done good work on my site before and I hope one of you can correct this quickly. Thank you.
