221566 Php Motion

Hi i need someone to adjust my site so when a user uploads a video its get upload,played and converted on another server example

the main site would be for example [url removed, login to view] this would be where you see the videos and upload from, but the videos are hosted on a different server like www.yourseconddomain.com.

The reason for this is i have a spare server with unlimited bandwidth and would like to use this in playing the videos as i am using around 1TB per month.
