PHP script for MySQL Table

I need someone who has already done this before and who has references.
I need a php script to copy “newly added data” from three existing SQL tables, and then place that data into a 4th table named Moodle. The 4th table named Moodle needs to be updated when new data is added to the existing table named orders_products.
I don’t want the script to copy duplicate data into the table, so the script must check to see if "all" of the fields that are being copied into a new row, do not match "all" of the fields from an existing row.
I have already setup the Moodle table. I can run the part of the needed php script in phpMyAdmin, but the php script doesn’t work when I place the script on my server. The script will be hosted on GoDaddy with Linux and PHP 5.2.
The script will need to log into my database named Butterfly using a username and password. The script will also need to save the Moodle table with the updated data.
The applicant needs to have the ability to create the script in their own environment & show me that is works. I will upload the working script on my server. This job should not take more that 2 hours.
